Your home, or second home, is a valuable asset but the upkeep and maintenance is both time-consuming and often stressful, especially when you are away from your property, boat or car. We provide ‘peace-of-mind’ by maintaining regular contact with you, and if required will send photographic reports by e-mail.
Mirabilis provides a year round concierge and lifestyle service covering all the Island, and directly employs teams of reliable, insured and experienced personnel. The Company, personnel and vehicles are fully insured with Seguros Bilbao. Employees are financially bonded and wear distinctive clothing for identification. In addition we employ Team Leaders to supervise tradesman and specialist services. Our services combine property inspection, cleaning, maintenance, baggage, transportation and personal shopping.
Angie and Simon, the Directors, have been involved in the Ibiza lifestyle for over 30 years and have extensive knowledge of the Island with experience in both retail and business services. Consequently we have a network of professional services such as Lawyers, Accountants and Surveyors and knowledge of reliable specialist tradesman and contractors. Property has in the past been maintained on an ad hoc basis, which has never been completely satisfactory, however our pro-active regular maintenance and cleaning will ensure that your property and personal assets maintain and increase their value. Above all, when you are in Ibiza; the car starts, the fridge is stocked, and your property is in pristine condition, ready for you, or friends and family, to immediately enjoy at all times.
Mirabilis’ office provides a 24 hour service to its members and is located in the centre of Ibiza Town, close to the Vara De Rey and Hotel Montesol. We are conveniently only 20 minutes from the airport, adjacent to the Ferry Port and Marina, and within easy reach of any part of the Island.
