Membership

Mirabilis works for you the whole year to ensure the integrity of your property and assets.

The Silver Service annual membership entitles you to:

26 Property inspection visits per year – you choose when we visit
10 Cleaning service visits (maximum 6 rooms) – you choose when we visit
4 Personal shopping trips within Ibiza
26 Reports by e-mail
for €4,79 inc IVA per day
Additional regular cleaning, shopping, inspection and photographic reporting by separate arrangement.

All other services incur €25,00 administration fee plus our direct labour rate or the contractors’ hourly rate, materials and travel, or the agreed and contracted price + 15%. Our insurances are ‘All Risk’ however further insurance premiums maybe required for exceptionally high value property, furnishings, cars or boats in excess of €2 million.

For efficiency and economy services are invoiced on a monthly basis including IVA at 16%. All monies, fees and dues are collected by direct debit.
